(commentary) if game 1 was a fight they would have stopped it after
1 round. rats took all ten answers in the opening double point
round 3 letter w words to jump out a mere 20-0. it was over 2
rounds later 30-5 rats. the raiders did manage to get off the
canvas to make game 2 resppectable. we were within 2 points on
the final cat but the rats new more golfcourses to win 36-28.
honorable mention went to tbear and murf. good game rats.

Whew, that Fourplay team came on strong tonite in a series of three game
battles. Fourplay swept thru the first game showing us their stuff
in categories like frank sinatra songs and hardy boys mysteries.
They also proved themselves a bit more merrier in the things associated
with christmas category winning the first game 30 to 23. The Second
game saw a tight battle with the score never varying by more than two
thrue most of the game. Rockers rumbled and hung on thru the battles
category and precious stones. Rockers must have a thing with numbers
as the last cat came up bands with numbers in their names, final score
26-34. We deserve an aplus from the quee school of math on that one.
The third game saw the rocks rampaging thru indian tribes with a score of
1 to 7 and we never looked back. Final score 20-32. Great
games fourplay and certainly worthy and honorable opponents.
Rockfully submitted,

WOW - we came out of the sewer on three letter w words - double point
round - and got all 10 leading to a 20-0 lead against the mighty raiders.
Game two the raiders showed their strength and held our over-population to
a 2 point lead until the final category.

(commentary) The Pack came up with a big effort tonight winning both
games. After being even after the first cat of game 1. We composed
ourselves after a Champ round and got 9 of 10 in the Hard Rock Cafe
cities. Then with good play from everyone, we widened our lead and
finished the game 31-11. The second game was close halfway through with us
holding a 15-12 lead. Then a double point insect cat came up and that
helped us to open up a 27-18 lead which we finished up at 30-21. Good game
Lizards...great game Pack ^6

The Wonders are looking to be a tough contender next season! Our
final game with them this season was another chance for them to flex their
respective Rid muscles, and they're taking it all down.
In the beginning there was just Lauree and me, but we still managed to
take a 5-1 lead on Baby Food flavors against the six or seven Wonders who
were there! The Wonders regrouped against the growing number of
LOLers and swept 5 of the Melted Cheese foods to take the lead 6-5, but we
were able to take back the lead 12-9 on Biblical Women. Robin
Williams films was a good Wonder round as they tied it at 14, only to go
up 21-17 on Tennis and WAY up 27-19 on Musical Artists that start with B.
LOLers had a big sweep on Tori Amos songs to bring it to 26-28 Wonders,
but they turned around and swept the Muppets to win 34-27.
The second round was mostly good cats, but the Wonders were just too fast
for us, starting with a 5-4 lead on Desk stuff and continuing to build
this lead with a double point Sports that use Balls, to take a 19-10 lead.
Later on, we were able to close in 16-26 on D___D words, then had to sit
through a heartbreaking Champ Round (heartbreaking since it was Z
medicines!), and the Wonders licked the plate clean on VCR buttons to take
the win 32-19.
Awesome job Wonders! Can't wait to see what you Wonder Women do next
season, assuming we all survive Y2k!

Game one started off with twice as many Wonders as there were LOLS, yet
they scored 5 points to our 1 point in the Baby Food Flavors Cat. We
took the lead 6 - 5 in the second cat - Foods with melted cheeses showing
we may not know our baby foods, but we do know our adult foods!!
The Lols took back the lead with Biblical Women 12 - 9. We tied it
up 14 - 14 with Robin Williams movies. We pulled ahead with things
about tennis 21 - 17 and kept the lead through Recording Artists with B
names, Tori Amos Songs and Muppets. We won 34 - 27.
We started off game two on top and never surrendered our lead. Cats
included Things on a desk, Women's names that begin with a vowel, Sports
that use balls, Smurfs & VCR buttons. Final Score 32 - 19.
Great Game LOLS - as always it was a pleasure playing with you guys!!
