Well, the Raiders have been trying to hold on to a playoff position, but
losing wasn't on the Wonders agenda tonight. They played a great first
game maintaining the lead from the start. The final score was 32 - 22.
The second game looked a little better for the Raiders, having a 2 point
lead through the first three rounds. The Wonders narrowed that to one
point for the next two rounds before taking over the lead by two in the
sixth round. They maintained the lead for the final two rounds taking the
game, 31 - 28.

What can I say about this game, but....
WOOOOFRIGGINHOOOOO!!! I would have to say that this game was the
best one for us Rats to date. Fourplay was laying it on us thick and
we can surely see they are a team to be reakoned with, as well as a fun
loving team
who is easy to play against and have a good time too. The first
game, both teams scored 5 points each in the first cat of names of
aircraft. We managed to pull 7 out of 10 answers on the following
cat of things in a babies room. The rest of the game seemed like a
blur, until the last cat, which I believe was a double pointer on state
nicknames, in which Fourplay claimed their victory. Game 2 had us
Rats scurrying into position, ready with all guns blazing. The first
cat of Diane Keaton films gave Fourplay a 1 point lead of 5 to 4.
The Rats came back in the next cat with names of baseball stadiums.
We also managed 6 out of 10 on magician things. The Rats took the
2nd game with 30-19 on the last cat of women's magazines. Now, on to
the tie breaker! Game 3 was tense and challenging to say the least.
The first cat of international money gave fourplay a 1 point lead.
We split the points evenly on the next cat of things of Anne Rice
Chronicles.
The next cat of golf things gave the Rats a 15-13 lead. But Fourplay
wouldn't hear of it and licked the plate clean on Doris Day films with a
score of 20-17. At this point, we Rats were really wringing our
little claws. The next cat was songs having to do with
"cars", and we Rats put our little paws to the metal and tied up
the game to 25-25.
Right about now, I felt like the guy on "Airplane" with the
sweat dripping all over him from anxiousness! Forge ahead we did,
however, on the J.C names cat, which now had us with a 1 point lead of
29-28. The last category of this awesome game was oscar winning
movies, in which we Rats picked up 7 out of 10 answers for a very hard
earned win! Fourplay...you rock! We just happen to rock a
little better right now! Got a strong feeling we will be meeting up
again in the playoffs! Good luck!

It was a nice quick game for the LOLers as we faced the Six Packers for
the last time of the season, and it looks like we've been pretty pumped!
The Sixers took the initial lead with MAD words, but the LOLers took off
with things in a Car Trunk and went up 11-6. The Packers knew their
Art Movements and held it close at 13-10, but Infectuous Diseases was
where we took off big time and never looked back. With a 20-11 lead,
we knew our fruits and famous people with the initials JC and won 30-18.
Jesus Christ!
The second game was LOLers all the way, starting with our 4-1 opening lead
on Merit Badge names. LOLers swept the Ontario cities and went up
10-1, then had a near-sweep on a Double Point Marsupials cat, going wayyyy
up 22-3! Then we swept yet again on Medium Dogs to bring it to 25-3,
and won the game with our eyes wide shut on Nicole Kidman movies, 30-6.
Thanks for a fun game Sixers! It was a riot a minute.

The wonders pulled together and wiggled to a win tonight although the
Raiders certainly gave us a run for our money!!
Game one started with a champ round, typical of Bot. The first cat
of play was Pulitzer Prize Categories and the Wonders took the lead 7 - 3.
Female Figure Skaters was next & we kept the lead 10 - 7. The
Raiders tried to tie it up with Indian Tribes but fell short by 2.
We increased our lead to 21 - 14 with Card Occasions. As always, we
scored well in the Kitchen Things cat and we were cooking in the game as
well ahead by 8 points. We wrapped it up with Gymnastics and won
game one 32 - 22.
The Raiders led off winning in Game Two with Canadian National Parks,
Christian Slater movies kept the Raiders ahead with a score of 8 - 6.
Girls names that begin with "D" was next and we still were
behind by 2 points. We narrowed their lead to 1 point with Paint
Types and were still unable to get the go ahead point in the Famous Pilots
Cat. We finally pulled ahead 23 -21 with VCR words & phrases and
we stayed ahead by 1 with types of communication. We won the game 31
- 28 with Famous JC's.
Good game Raiders!!!!
