The first game was very tight the whole way. the rockers to a small lead on the simpsons category but the raiders pulled out the game by winning the sports that use balls cat, on a double point round. game 1 ended 31-30 raiders. the second game was just as tight as the first. the raiders increased their lead by showing their knowledge of fine dining by winning the mcdonalds menu cat. virginpet made a dramatic appearance and her and stars sealed the final points in the mens clothing cat. Honorable mention went to yours truly for getting the five dicks in the doowop cat, a answer that is hard to forget. (reporter) rickman9
2	(teams) Liz^ards vs Fourplay (Game1) 30-24 Lizards (Game2) 32-16 Lizards (MVP) Sandy and Misty (Roll_Call) Nedi, Liz, Maltvinegar, Molly, Sibil, Sandy, Radercat, Seahawk, Mistyshadow2, Songe, Lucanik1, tenderANDtough, Red-k9 (Commentary) --------------- Fantastic start to the new season!! We Liz^ards came out in full force, slithering nekkid and scoring like mad!! In the first game we fell behind 7-13 after 2 rounds, and came back to tie in the "types of berries" cat, 19-19. We took a small lead in the next cat and then zoomed ahead for the win with the "telephone" cat, 30-24!! The second game we took a commanding lead with the "types of bugs" cat, 8-1....which was easy, since that's what we Lizards gobble up!!! The next cat, Oxymorons....a favorite cat for 3 of our Lizards...we scored 6 more points. We swept the next cat, and maintained the lead for the rest of the game with a final score of 32-16. Voting for MVP was difficult, as every Liz^ard scored well. Congrats to Misty and Sandy...they were outstanding!! Gonna be a great season!!!!!! The new and improved Raiders took us by surprise tonight, coming back in the first game to beat us 31-30 thanks to double point Ball Sports on the last round. We took a one point lead on Andy Griffith, but Rickman tied us on the Doo Wop round when he came up with Five Dicks (Judy said he'll never live it down, so I thought it was worthy of mention) They pillaged, they plundered and the rock sank in two. Alot of internationally flavored questions earned WATTLE her MVP award (she rocked... she rolled...she was shagadelic, baby!) Meanwhile, I locked... I scrolled... and did the lagomotion. it was fun seeing us win but alot of the game escaped me because of the dreaded lagmonster. GOOD ATTENDANCE RATTIES. 7	(Game1) 34-22 Rats (Game2) 30-21 Rats (MVP) kitten808 (Roll_Call) --------------- EMMA3, Jana2, karenlucy, kitten808, MilleniumLOL, flamepillar, SinginBob, vrooomblonde, lightdancer, SapphirEM --------------- (Commentary) --------------- Well it may have been a loss against the Rats, but it was a victory in that our attendance was nearly double what we averaged throughout the preseason. The first game just kind of flashed before my eyes I remember the Rats taking a 22-6 lead at one point and then a double pointer that vaulted them into the endzone to take the game 34-22. The second game was slower, and EMMA3 made a fantastic run on the Lavyrle Spencer novels to bring us to a tie at 7-7. The Rats took a one point lutz.. ahem, lead in Figure Skating moves to bring it to 10-11, then we had a Champ Round. During this champ round, Tex ripped a juicy fart that seemed to bring the Rats a lot of luck, as they were able to pull 6 answers off against our one on Nicole Kidman movies. Mysteries of the world widened the gap at 22-15, and things associated with Cricket brought them to the 5-yard line (sorry, the Lions beating the Packers has got me on this football thing) 25-18. The Rats went on to make the touchdown, 30-21! Great game RATS! Congratulations to our new player kitten808, who grabbed herself MVP honors on her first game!!! Wonders started out with a Bang winning the 1st Round 31-23.
