I hope you are well and getting lots of people coming to your yoga classes. They really were the
best I have ever been to. All the others I have tried somehow ended up with me feeling
overstretched and having aching knees etc.

I sure miss your yoga classes and cannot wait to return to Dominica to see you again. I did one
class in Victoria (Ashtanga) and one Bliss class in SF, but you're still my favorite instructor.
Without your classes my lower back has tightened up again.

 

Sweden
We are back in Sweden and we are back to our ordinary life, as goes for work and the
typical Swedish winter. Thank you for your excellent yoga-classes!! We really wish to
have you here as well, because we have not found any yoga-teacher yet. We miss you and your
classes and we can highly recommend you to people who wish to learn the skill of yoga.

 

Dominica
I have been exercising fairly regularly for several years but only recently started yoga. I find it
to be an excellent complement to any exercise routine and one that can be added at any level
of fitness. The focus of yoga has helped me to literally slow down and pay attention to my
breath, posture and tension in various parts of my body throughout the day. My overall
flexibility, muscle tone and strength has improved. I particularly enjoy the approach of
Rainbow Yoga. The classes are relaxed and personalized allowing each to progress at
 their own pace. The instruction is excellent and the routines are varied with each class to
maintain interest and increase challenge. The benefits of yoga are definitely cumulative.
With regular practice I get better and better. The overall sense of well being

and control which yoga imparts is truly unique.
 Thanks Trudy for being a great instructor and keeping me motivated!

Ross Medical University
For years I tried all kinds of exercise to lose weight and get in shape. I was not terribly
overweight, but I wasn't in the shape I knew I could be in. I tried aerobics, toning, 
kickboxing, weightlifting, various machines (rowing, elliptical, stairmaster, stationary bikes).
I tried to maintain a regular work out schedule and watched my diet. But I never noticed it
was working. I maintained the weight I was at, but I didn't lose and couldn't tell a difference
in my body. Until I did yoga. After one year of yoga twice a week, I saw the greatest
difference in my body. I lost weight, and gained flexibility and strength. It also did wonders
to reduce stress and enhance my mood. Considering all the hard work that goes into the first
two years of medical school, especially when done at Ross, every student needs something to
help keep them sane and healthy. I absolutely believe yoga did that for me. And I intend to
use yoga to maintain my health and physical fitness for the rest of my life.
