2007–08 Meetings
All meetings will commence at 7pm, and will be held in the Library of Quilchena. Babysitting will be provided for free. All parents and guardians of Quilchena students are invited, and encouraged, to participate.
Generally, the meetings will be scheduled for the first week of the month, alternating between Tuesday and Thursday evenings, as follows:

- Tuesday, January 29
- Thursday, March 6
- Tuesday, April 22

The 2004-5 PAC executive decided to post PAC Minutes and Meeting dates on this internet site. The 2004-5 PAC Secretary has volunteered to be responsible for editing the PAC Minutes as per the safety concerns described in the following:
In the past, PAC Minutes and Meeting dates were only available to the school community. The Minutes and Meeting dates were not posted on this Internet site due to concerns about following the PAC computer club Internet Safety Guidelines. For Minutes this means removing last names, personal phone numbers and using only initials in the case of students identified by grade class. A concern is that if information about activities at the school is made available to the general public on the Internet, it may more easily draw the attention of people who might pose a danger to our students. We have the same concerns about the school newsletter.
Update from the Sep. 2001 PAC meeting minutes:
Lorna S. introduced a motion to remove the last names from the (school) newsletters for the protection of privacy and from browsers on the web. Zane K. seconded the motion and it was unanimously passed by all.
