Ireland For Fun

An introduction to the Emerald Isle for the casual traveler

Countryside Irish Flag
A small island nation of writers, musicians, poets, thieves and warriors.  Its people have endured countless invasions, famine, starvation and slavery.  The Celtic culture is an ancient culture that pre-dates the building of the pyramids in Egypt and its people are intensely proud of their country.

Visitors will find the Irish friendly, funny, very talkative and welcoming.  "100,000 Welcomes" is a common phrase.
