Tired Of The Put Offs

Living life means learning lessons this is so true
You can't help making mistakes, you just have to
Relationships are not exempt, from this rule
You may find happiness, or look like a fool

When you enter it, you assume all will be good
But it does not always turn out as it should
Sometimes you find that it is complicated
There is someone else sleeping in her bed

But the feelings for each other are so strong
Her Love genuine or is she stringing you along
You know she has another, yet you continue
Trying to convince her with everything you do

That she will be be better off being with you
Or is this just naivete you have no clue
As the days pass you by, the further you do fall
Do your trust what she says, or her bluff do you call

You feel that she Loves you, cause she tells you so
But how far is she willing, how far will she go
She asks you to wait until she knows it is right
But will she ever realize, will she see the light

So you must ask yourself, what is best for you
If you choose to wait it is because you want to
Follow your heart, but to your mind you should listen
Know that if this fails, you can start over again.
