We met, by chance, on a lonely night, on the Net
The odds stacked against Us, I wouldn't bet just yet
It was as if running into a very close friend
Some quality time, together, we would surely spend

So much in common, a natural bond, we could feel
Could this be true, are these feelings we have real
Spending endless hours in chat and on the phone
Knowing from now on, we shall not feel alone

As close as we were, it was not a given
That we would not stumble, have conflict within
All relationships must withstand the tests of Fate
As a result of these trials, you may find your mate

We endured these challenges, knowing the result
But it was not easy, at times was difficult
We are on the brink of confirming our Destiny
To know once and for all, our Love, is meant to be

They say there is a reason for everything
The things that we do, even a per chance meeting
We were so lucky to meet that night, my sweet baby
