Against all odds, this Tipster has put on the most pathetic display of tipping imaginable, brought eternal shame to themselves and their family, and cursed their tipping potential forever.

The PJTC has no time for losers of this nature and the Blouse is our way of saying "See ya". Some previous Blouses have taken this hint and we've never heard from them again.  Unfortunately some have chosen to return. To ensure that the overall quality of the comp remains high, recent rules have made it very difficult for the Blouse to re-enter the comp. It is possible that dramatically significant changes in a tipster's life may be enough to improve their tipping, but it's doubtful. Some believe that once you've been the Blouse there is no chance of ever wearing the Jacket... simply because the Jacket will not choose such a loser. They are forever cursed. However, should their lack of wisdom lead them to believe they have a chance, and should they fulfill the Blouse Re-Entry Requirements, the Board may let them back on the field.
