This is Mildred Lorine Honaker Stewart.
(Also known as Lorine). Her life was centered on gardening, her home was always filled with beautiful plants. This woman had a green thumb with touch, making the smallest seed grow. The 3rd daughter of Morgan T. Honaker. Sister of Ruth & Frances. Click Mildred Lorine's photograph to hear her granddaughter singing. Melissa has a band called the Alterego, with the greatest voice! The entire band is super. Mildred used to sing having a great voice like her granddaughter. I wish Mil could have been with us long enough to sing with her. However, I know she's well aware!
Grandma Ruby Grandma was visting an old friend from her home town, so her daughters, Frances and Ruth was with her, along with Patty, a granddaughter. Patty says the dog with her appeared to know her hanging on to her. Very strange indeed.

I have two photographs of mountains of the area with written surnames of our specific family. I never dreamt our family tree was as tall until I began searching. Truly, it has been very rewarding, and I feel pleased with myself that I did. I will not feel complete however, until I do a little more research on surnames that I had difficulty finding. I started out with the maternal grandparents first. I feel satisfied I have enough information. (Thanks to Shirley) one of the genealogy experts for her assistance. If anyone should see any mistakes, feel free to tell me. I will be posting my email address here.
