P.A.L.S. Meeting
6-30-00 This meeting was our first outdoor meeting. We had a wonderful evening in Lisa's backyard. We also had a guest member this month, Judy Verhein. The laughs were as abundant as the good beer. Heidi had us rolling on the ground with a few of her most embarrassing moments - but we'll never tell. Lisa's beer selections provided great variety, except she repeated a beer - AGAIN! Come on Lisa ...get it together! Three strikes, and it will cost you. Speaking of Lisa, we surprised her with a belated birthday gift. A special necklace ...so that she knows she is in our thoughts, especially when times are tough and she is feeling blue. And so, tears were shed amid the laughter. By the end of the evening we were filled up and ready to live life fully, until our next meeting.
