"TC is the current Lieutenant in command of Pacific Blue, taking over for Tony Palermo when he retired at the end of the show's third season. TC has been with Pacific Blue since its inception and has proven himself a capable commander. He is into martial arts and surfing; and likes to keep himself in good shape by working out. He was best friends with Officer Victor Del Toro and the two of them had many memorable moments in the course of their time with the unit.
He has had his share of bad luck with relationships. His girlfriend, Sandy, left town to pursue training for rape counseling after she herself was raped. After that, he met up with Alanna, an undercover DEA agent who was hooked on drugs herself. He tried to help her, but she was killed in a drug bust. He started dating, and eventually married, Chris Kelly, and they seemed to be doing well. However, their marriage was threatened by her drive to advance her career. They separated in the seventh episode of the fifth season.
