10. Why did Palermo leave?
Palermo went on a 'leave of absence' and never came back during Best Laid Plans at the end of Season 3. He was suffering from a midlife crisis and his heart was no longer in the job. He went to Italy. His daughter Jessie went to live with her mother Helen.
Rick Rossovich left Pacific Blue to concentrate on his film career.
11. Why did Victor leave?
Victor's fiancee Linda was killed in a shootout while trying on wedding dresses. Victor was upset and went against regulations to find her killers. Fearing that Internal Affairs would take away his badge he retired early.
Victor was killed in Save Serenity. He championed for a woman trying to get her daughter Serenity back. Victor was holding Serenity's father and kidnapper hostage on the pier when Chris, Cory and Tc shot at him to try to save the man. Victor didn't know they missed in purpose and fell backwards over the pier, dying from the impact.
It is rumoured that Marcos Ferraez was fired from Pacific Blue however that has not be confirmed.
