| April 13 - Devils Lake Part Uno - What a way to start off an openwater season! The pike were thick on Channel A, but what we found with them was a great surprise. Check out the pics of some great action experienced during this early spring bite during the walleye and northern spawning runs. |
| April 16-18 - Devils Lake Part Deux - A second and third trip to Devils lake yield more and bigger fish check out some monster walleyes and some great pike from the waters of Channel A. A rare moose sighting added to the experience on Friday, and some quality time with dad also made for a great weekend full of fish, fun, friends and family. |
| April 21 - Dang you Devils Lake! - Another great trip distracts four hard working students from a couple classes, in order to make a few great casts and a few great catches! Check out the continued success experienced on Channel A in Devils Lake! Fishing like this only comes around once in a blue moon, so get out there, or at least see the results here! |
| April 28 - Cramming for Finals - How much fishing can you fit in before end of the year exams? Well, the usual gang, plus a couple of Brainerd boys join up for some fast and furious walleye action in Devils Lake. |
| May 7-9 - Where Smallies Roam - Well, the brown bass have risen from the depths of the Sheyenne and are on the warpath! Check out some great pics from this weekend, where several dozen nice fish came to boat, and family and friends had a blast with big bass! |

| May 17-25 - All Eyes On Us! - Some bad weather did NOT deter big walleyes from breaking out of their post-spawn slumber. The big girls came alive in 45 degree temperatures to slash and dash at every offering we threw at them. A few eater males joined in on the party too! |
| Basstacular - Stalking Largemouth in Minnesota - Well, studying non-stop for the Bar Exam definitely put a damper on the fishing, but I managed some good largemouth bass in and around Detroit Lakes, MN. Check out these pics to see what I did on my "study breaks." |
| August 21-24 - Norwegian Adventure Part One- Einar repays the 2003 stay in North Dakota with a trip into Norway for grayling, trout and char fishing in clear mountain lakes |
| August 25-27 - Norwegian Adventure Part Two - Coming down from the mountain lakes to the rivers of Norway was quite a trip, as more trout and grayling were caught and released by the master and his student. |
