Norwegian Adventure - Part Two
As the weather cleared, the bite became tougher on the lakes, but the flyfishing for brown trout on the rivers in the valley below the cabin was nothing short of amazing. To be in the midst of two great waterfalls, watching trout rise on small insects was to truly experience the grandeur and magnitude of the sport. Check out these pics of trout fishing, and a last shot at some grayling!

Top Left - Einar with the last brown trout of the lake chapter of the adventure, which he released to spawn. Top Right - Me with my first brown trout on the flyrod, caught under the upper falls of a river near Nordli, Norway. Middle Left - Einar with a grayling weighing over one kilogram. Bottom Right - My second biggest grayling of the trip was also the most interesting as it had been tagged by the Norwegian Department of Natural Resources. Bottom Left - Multe, or cloudberries, delicious succulent berries the size of raspberries that taste like a combination of oranges and bubble gum, along with meals of fresh trouth, this plant sustained us during the trip.
