Fresh Vegetable Saute

Total Time:  25 min
Makes:  Makes 8 servings

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1-1/2 cups broccoli florets
1-1/2 cups cauliflower
1 cup diagonally sliced carrots
3/4 cup sliced yellow squash
3/4 cup snow peas
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup red pepper strips
1/2 cup onion wedges
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing Mix

HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir until tender-crisp.

STIR in vinegar and salad dressing mix; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally

Substitute: Prepare as directed, using 7 cups of any combination of your favorite cut-up vegetables.
