Just about everyone would agree that they need to consume more fruits and vegetables.  On the average we need 2-4 servings of fresh fruits and 3-5 servings of fresh vegetables.  Fresh fruit and vegetable juices are a great and fun way to take in these servings.  Here are a few recipes to get you started.  Just pull out your juicer and follow your owners manual to make the juices.
