Three Cheese & Mushroom Crustless Quiche

What you need:

150g button mushrooms, sliced
2 green onion (spring onion), chopped
1/2 cup (60g) grated tasty cheddar cheese
1/3 cup (25g) grated parmesan cheese
125g camembert cheese, sliced
3 eggs
1 cup (250ml) cream
1/2 cup (125ml) milk
1/4 cup (35g) plain flour

What to do:

*Combine mushrooms and onions in greased shallow 1.75 litre (7-cup) oven proof dish.  Sprinkle with cheddar and parmesan cheeses, arrange camembert on top.  Whisk eggs, cream, milk and flour together in large jug or bowl; pour over cheeses in dish.  Bake, uncovered, in moderate oven about 30 minutes or until just set.

Serve 6.
Can be made a day ahead.
