Analysis: Basic Foundations and Extensions. Prentice Hall.
This
is an old, but comprehensive, book at an introduction level to input-output.
Unfortunately
this book has been out of print for about a decade or so.

University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (REAL-UIUC)
Here

This
