Born on September 22nd, 2968 Frodo was the only son of Drogo Baggins and Primula Brandybuck who both died when he was 12. After that his cousin Bilbo Baggins adopted him as his heir and when Bilbo left the Shire for Rivendell he left all of his belongings to Frodo including the Ring of Power. In 3018 Frodo left the Shire with Sam, Merry and Pippin for Rivendell as Mr. Underhill to escape the Nazgul who were hunting for the Ring of Power. At Rivendell after Frodo had recovered from a near deadly blow from a morgul blade, he and 8 companions set out for Mordor to destroy the Ring of Power. After a long and trecherous journey he finally reached Mount Doom with Sam and destroyed the ring while having his finger bitten off by Gollum. After returning to the Shire and feeling constantly unhappy, he sailed over the sea with Elrond, Galadriel, Gandalf and Bilbo.
