There's a really high probability that these two will get together. They've known each other since they were childen so they're already really close. After Yugi's duel with Kaiba when he needs the 5 more star chips to get to the finals Tea, even though she knows she's not a good duelist, duels Mai to try to get them back, and Mai lets her win. When Yugi duels Pegasus and Pegasus tells Yugi that if he loses he gets his soul, Tea says "Oh, Yugi you have to win! If you lost, I wouldn't know what to do, I'd...you just have to win!" Also one of Tea's favorite cards is the Dark Magician Girl and Yugi's favorite card is the Dark Magician... In Battle City when Yugi is trying to help Yami figure out his past Tea does what she can to help because she doesn't want Yugi to feel alone even though she doesn't really get what's happening.
Joey/Mai:
These two are a really obvious couple. There's the whole "opposites attract" thing going on plus they argue a lot, which means they have a lot of heat ^_^ Mai gives Joey her Glory of the King's Hand card the Duelist Kingdom when she learns thathe's dueling for his little sister after Bandit Keith steals his. In Battle City when they meet Mai is still like, I'm cooler than you attitude but she considers him and all the rest of them her friends. Also later when Joey admits to Mai she was in his dream she's really happy. Joey also risks his life to save Mai. When Joey duels Merik in the finals he duels for Mai and even though he loses he puts up a really good fight.
Tristin/Serenity:
Tristin has a huge crush on Serenity, but so far Serenity only thinks of him as a friend. The only hint she's ever given is when on the train to meet Joey when Tristin says he loves hanging out with her she blushes. Even though Tristin looks stupid a lot of times trying to impress Serenity in their duel against the Big 5 he gives up his lifepoints to save her and so is turned into a monkey. Tristin really cares about Serenity, and the only things that would really stop them from becoming a couple is Joey, and Duke since he also has a crush on Serenity.
Yugi/Mai:
Yugi and Mai aren't really about to become a couple, since they've both given hints that they like other people. Also their relationship is more like friends, with Mai and Yugi both helping each other out by giving each other star chips when they needed it. They both also respect each other, but it doesn't go past that.
