Well Just found allergist confirmed 8 food allergies. wheat , I determined from the diet. Ginger I never checked as its a spice but am very allergic to this spice! no to eggs, cukes, onions, seasame seed and two I do not eat mushroom and yellow squash. am losing Water slowly though!

for those who cannot get the book. I am adding what I did during my diet on this book and  clearly explain it was not for me a fat loss approach.  I knew by testing on a waterscale from fitness USA that I had thirty pounds of water making me bigger in Feb 2003 .  
I am concerned at my other possible reason for water gain, being the auto accident where I am gaining. my kidney could be a factor but no real results as I only go 4 times a year to get it 'monitered'
I've also have treat yourself to good health  which is why I recommend Linda's other books.  no allergies pills needed.  this year.
