Now Everyone takes a Multivitamin on Diets.  Even allergy sufferes and people with health problems should take a multivitim Daily.  I take mine in the evening dosage.
I take regular medicine for my health conditions.  mainly asthma, and my heart.  so I take also to help heal my body the many vitamins that are aimed to make me healthy again.   I know it is working because my sun spots have lighten.  My skin is clear and nice.  my allergies are minimal.  and that is astonishing.  no stuffy nose.
I can take any where from 17 to 25 pills daily.  depend on my wallet really.  but I learned recently to combine vitamin when they come in more than one. single pills are as follows:                                               note taken in first morning dosage.
Vitamin A & D    A @ 5000 IU    D @ 400I.U
Vitamin C  500 mg    and wasen't a regular til recently.
Vitamin E  @ 200 IU again not til recently.
Ginkgo Biloba   500 mg   taken off and on from the start.  I had memory problems
Calcium 1000mg   MAGNESIUM 400 MG, zinc 15 mg   in one pill form.  I used to take mag and zinc seperate.  but this has calcium and saves me money
Folic acid  take all through the diet. 400 mcg
Gotu Kola  500 mg from a health food store.  This I feel is needed in healing me as I had to re-read the book to get this area of healing address.
Echinacea  1,140 mg  this was added as I have Asthma.  please note my allergies are not even requiring a pill this summer ragweek and pollen seasons.
Sea Kelp  bladderwrack  640 mg  this is one I consider important but added late.  I did have rutin and quecertin in the first 6 months. 
Selenium 70 mcg  this was saddly added late.  and I plan on using this since I show a wheat allergy.  I also now wonder at corn.    sept 13, 2005
Asprin 325 mg  because Doctor order it and it work for chest pain.
E coQ10  is added for the heart.  and only recently.  I do not plan on staying on it much longer.
Super B Complex  
Which is a major work as I feel the covers on my toes and its painful.  legg cramps and such I take this and I can tolerate the covers on my feet.    because this showed also my sweating ability restored and losing on the dec 2004 area of starting it. that I was able to sweat again on this.  plus  my liver spot (sun spots) lighten somewhat on this.
I used to take all the vitamin b's individual for that sucess story I've experience.  right now though I am taking the super b complex.  b1, b6, b12  and others were all seperate at the beginning of diet.
Rutin quecertin, and homemade clover  taken at beginning of diet. to aide capillaries healing.
L- Lysine  500 mg  Since I spend alot of time in healing my body I decided to try this for short time.  it held in antibodies , hormones and enzymes.   this I felt important.  though not sure what its done.
Fish Oil   1000mb  because I can't seem to eat that fish.  ugh.  I plan on taking this the rest of my natural life.
Potassium 99mg  just added it today as I may not be getting enough and its a first time for this.  reason,  I eat up to 4 bananas a day and figured I did not need it. 
At night I take a mult vitamin which is for someone eating less carbs.
all fruits and veggies are fresh.
