week 1 on this new journal
week one is done with less saturated fats, cheese puffs are baked.  and fruits show  I ate it that day not how much of it I ate unless otherwise stated.
Evaluation is done weekly with me.  according to my docotrs they say that this diet could take two years.  I am on the beginning of the second year as Aug end of was when I started Linda's waterfall diet.  so I am into the 13 month.  though because some days I lose more urine,  I feel I am closer.  I also take mega vitamins on this diet.  every chapter in the Waterfall diet states some helpful vitamins.  Since I have 5 areas of concern.  I also want to say my allerigies are less problem.  First time ever I am in allergy season and not using pills.  its really cool side effect.  one I truely enjoy.    Sept  13, 2005
i unwittingly had flour in the licious.  my soups are homemade with low sodium.  my sauces for the most are homemade.  though I will use a pasta sauce that checks out to be okay.  usual I use tomato paste and sauce for some sauces.   I use low sodium soy sauce. 
Please Note:   on days I could not lose water see why.   this is from my past.  and I often repeat it with soup periods.   I have soup at least 3 or more times a week. all salad had cukes and onions.  and at this time frame.  so I ate allergy foods daily on this sheet of weeks.  salad never go without onion though I may go without cukes.  at this time frame rarely though.  
Known allergies :  at level 1 being lowest problem  are Wheat,  eggs, cukes, onion, seaseme seeds , mushrooms and yellow squash.    testing end of march 2007
More severe allergy food found at level #3  is ginger.  recently because of soups being a big issue of intake which included the onions.   I drank alot of ginger in ginger tea and boston coolers.  I put ginger in my rice,  cooked breakfast rice cereal, and all stir frys.   I put in oatmeal and got dark eyes and though it the oatmeal.    check your spices as well people!
