Sept 20  What I see often beside fresh fruits, veggies,  rice, chicken?   I add slowly choclate as a snack.  I limit my use of it.  I added decafe coffee.  I enjoy a steak  once in a while.  I try chips that I suspect are not good for me.  I eat eggs,  milk .   I eat cream or rice hot cereal.  Hot gluten wheat free waffles.   I made rice flour tortilla.  I eat lots of soups.  I enjoy large servings of mash, or baked potatoes.    I considered this week to limit my saturated fats,  so fried foods is not every food.  I increased milk thristle in herbs.   Everything which can help.  I do eat a banana a day or up to three.  it helps to add variety yet I haven't wanted to.   I enjoy veg soup,  chicken and rice soup,  cabbage soup which I liquidfy the cabbage.   I enjoy split pea soup that I make from scrath.

April 9,2006 with a showing of scale reading of reaching 219lbs I felt I had to have another problem.  though the wheat was showing not a major problem as when I tested it.  It was no longer giving me the problems with water gain, colon pain, Constipation, and water gain.  my blood test when I had them since Aug 2004 also were not effected in white cell encinophil.
so I with my large water retention suspected my memory loss is a severe handicap as I am so forgetful.  I wonder if that was worst.  I have reported days where I wake up and just have frequent urination.  It was only on the 9th of April that I realized that I have an allergy not in the colon where I always looked since wheat was the main problem.  I have one in my blood effecting I realize my Kidneys.  So I went and wrote to Linda and told her I would go on the strict part of the diet.  though sweets were always hard for me and one reason Idid not want to go back on it.
However. I suspected milk.  Today.  after realizing that I am not going as frequently as those mornings.  about a urination not total full bladder but about every half hour or 45 minutes. I would get up to pee.   and then I would eat and it would stop.  not to return for a long time.   I sat down and thought after re-reading the kidney shut down in allergy section of the book.  that in my case my colon was a trigger which caused a time delay in good reactions.  and though I ate an oatmeal wheat free and dairy free cookie on monday as a light carb.  I suspected due to lower caloric intake that my colon was still processing meals from the day before and longer.  So I expect a slow progress.  and I expect alittle more higher output when the culprits are total out of my body.
So What was my Food intake:

Monday: morning weight of 219 lbs.  Water as often as I could take it.  Celery sticks, banana , a new homemade celery soup.  Salad with celery leaves in it. and reg raspberry vinagrett.  I did not suspect the ingredient   Strawberry yogurt 4 oz. container of.  Sunny delight (citrus) 6oz  alittle rice.  I drank alot of tea which actual had caffine in it.  I noticed an increase of urination.  but not much.  I walked around several blocks and had my husband massage my thighs. 

Tuesday: weight 219lbs decided to cut out sunny delight, and Milk.  Ate Banana, celery, tea, wheat free dairy free oatmeal cookie (1)  cream of rice cereal with soy and splenda  lunch and dinner.  I ate pringles several chips of reduce fat and reg chips total chips aroud 6.  I ate alot of celery and some salad.  I had northern baked beans and salmon bake and walked several blocks and had my husband help massage my thighs. 
personal note:  I always reacted favorable to massage. but my husband after a long day at work was too tired to do much.  accepted that my colon ingredient of the gluten could be a problem which would confirm on tomarrow weight in.

Wednesday   weight in 214lb   A Sucess Final!   At this I immediately felt milk was a problem and would confirm Thursday to Saturday with a watching for the increase water I had in mornings as the glueten portion of my one cookie I ate yesterday and Monday were a possible culprit.  today only foods which I deem safe.  Celery sticks,  Celery Soup, Cream of rice creal and soy milk.
with known allergies.   I am trying to be free of them.   I noticed frequent unrinations but at a low level.   I am concerned at other factors being a problem.  but for now am losing slowly.
