My Better Half

'Lucky' is not the word. Its an Understatement!.

To have somebody like Soujanya who has the potential to brighten up any given day, is a feeling which mere words cease to express. I feel a positive surge of Synergy whenever she is around. I feel complete.

She has won the hearts of everybody at home and accolades from relatives. Her ability to mix and blend with members of family and other new faces has simply baffled the near and dear alike.

Rewind: How I met her.

It was a hot summer April day. It was around 4:00 in the evening. Our family was all set to receive their family. I had NO idea as to what would happen next. And what happened next is History. I was moving towards the gate in front of the house to chase some kids who were making some noice outside, when their family entered our house. Thats when I got the very first look at the lady in a green Saree who would had come all the way to visit us. I was completely bowled by an yorker of her looks on the very first glance itself.

Not to forget the Simplicity, Dignity her father carried during the day's proceeding and the relentless smiles and chito-chat from her Sister and Mother. Believe me, It was a pleasure. Their family was so acceptable that Our family gave an Unanimous decision on the floor, which probably is the first time that has ever happend in our family, considering the fact that none of us have never ever agreed to anything in unison at the first time, let aside the fact that this was a proposal for an alliance.

The first meeting lasted for about an hour and half.

Our family accepted the proposal and in the next 4-5 days, both families exchanged acceptances from each other. The next Sunday, 14th April, 2003, we were officially engaged.

Soujanya is the 2nd daughter of Shri.Bujangha Rao and Smt.Sarwaswati. An Electronics Grad from BMS Womens College, She just completed 22 on April 14th, 2003. [The very same day when My 'Alliance with this Angel' was finalized.]

She is currently employed with 'Sahakar Consultancy Services' and takes charge of Administration and Front Office repsonsibilities. On the literary side, she is learning Carnatic Music from a teacher during her past time. She is crazy about Telugu movies.

Okay!. I think I have covered the whole episode of how I met my Fiance in quite a length. Before I end the topic, I just want to say that I am pretty positive that my my 'Sojourn with Soujanya' will be as exciting and meaningfull as it can be.
