Instructions:
To save time
each cape has been hemmed along 3 edges so the craft is creating the casing for
the elastic top and fastening for the cape.
- Turn
top edge of fabric over as shown in the diagram.
Press with iron (low heat
setting) & pin- Sew
along edge leaving room for threading through elastic
- Use
safety pin to thread elastic through casing

Sew line
Sew each end (machine or hand
stitch) 
Hand sew on click n dick
