This section of the help file will talk about Search Rows from BankAccount view.



The following icons will appear when Search Rows from BankAccount is selected.
(Add Row): This icon is on the screen, but not enabled and can not be used in this mode.
(Edit Row(s)): allows user to actually edit the bank row data. (This will effect the Account view.)
(Delete Row(s)): allows a user to delete a bank row from select account viewing. (This will effect the Account view.)
(Search Criteria): When you click this button, a screen with search criteria will pop up, allowing you to find what your looking for.

This screen was designed for the user to able to search through there currently selected account and set up a very specific search to find all the exact records they are looking for.

When clicking one of these two icons (Edit Row(s)) (Delete Row(s))

When clicking this icon (Search Criteria)
Here is a picture of the screen that will pop up:

-Entered Dates: By checking this box you have selected you want to search for rows with entered dates between these two dates.
-Process Dates: By checking this box you have selected you want to search for rows with Process Dates between these two dates.
-Bank Dates: By Checking this box you have selected you want to search for rows with Bank dates between these two dates.
-Search Transaction Type: Allows you to type or select the type you are looking for, it is suggested you select a type from the drop down menu.
-Search Transaction Detail: Allows you to type or select the Detail you are looking for, it is suggested you select a detail from the drop down menu.

*Please note: If the date check boxes are checked its going to try find rows were everything matches its not an or situation, for a row to display all criteria must be found in the row.*

*Tip* - You may select multiply auto entries rows to Edit and drop downs are populated with all options associated to the account being viewed.
