Northbrook Court 14 is a 14 screen mega-plex that boasts an annual attendance of over 1 million patrons. The building is an anchor at the Northbrook Court Mall in Northbrook, IL. The theatre has 6 screens on the ground floor and 8 theatres on the second floor.
I started at Northbrook in October of 1998 as the Administrations Manager. My duties included the supervision of the floor staff, cash handling, and daily operations. I was also responsible for processing all invoices and conducting internal audits of the theatre and it's staff.
I was promoted to the senior manager of operations in April of 1999. One of two senior managers, I was responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the theatre. I supervised all of the floor staff, 3 coordinators, and 4 managers. I answered directly to the General Manager.
