Welcome to my on-line resume.
This page has been designed to give you a better
idea of what I have done throughout my career in
Arts administration.
By clicking on the connections to the left, you
will be taken to a page devoted to the time I
spent at each theatre. Some will have links
to the actual theatre website, some have
pictures, some don't.
I started my career in the arts by working at a
restored movie palace located in DeKalb, IL.
I was attending Northern Illinois University at the time and decided that working in the arts was
something that I had a deep passion for and
wanted to do for the rest of my life.
I created a contract major with Northern Illinois University in Arts
Administration. I felt that having
a background in both business and the arts would
be beneficial for my intended career.
I have worked for many different kinds of
theatres during my career. I have worked in
the live rock arena, I've worked for a major
regional theatre. I've been on the board of
directors for a restored movie palace, and most
recently I've run a 7 screen
movie theatre.
