thoughts and such
I was shocked today when...
just a little note to let you know i didn't die...
I've been working every day. except for yesterday, when i went to a concert and the Verison Wireless amphitheatre (spelling?). 12 Stones, Puddle of Mud, Nickleback, and 3 Doors Down. it was good. today i went to the eye doctor and got new contacts. yay. i'm working more this week, then taking a break and going to the mountains with rick and his SC family. something like that, i'm not sure on the details of whatever..mountains or something. then back to work.
screw that blog. i'm going back to using this diary. howd'yalike that? blah. ok, so let's get caught up. i applied for a job at
Mama Fu's Saturday the..third, was hired on the spot b/c they're brand new and needed to hire, and i am going to be working 39 hours next week. click the button...you know you want to!
i love working there! the food is fantastic, i love my boss, i have great co-workers and the atmosphere is great. i've been in training since wednesday, and we open up on this coming thursday. but enough of that. i'm gonna go play some Final Fantasy 7. see you guys later.
dear diary. i'm really screwed up lately. luckily, my doctor upped my anti-D dosage. i've upset frances quite a bit. rick and i seem to be getting along a lot better, minus a few skirmishes here and there. at least we feel like we're friends again. i went to see Spider Man 2 last night, which was excellent. I loved the ending, and can't wait to see SP3. I heard about the next HP book,
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which has me excited. i can't wait to read it. but you know what i was thinking? i'm afraid JK Rowling might run out of ideas. i mean it's her first set of books and all, and even though they're fantastic and all, she's not a professional yet so what if she loses her touch on the last couple? ok so maybe i'm thinking too hard on it.
i've taken up playing Final Fantasy 7, if i haven't mentioned it already. i've never played a FF game before, so Rick let me borrow one of his. I've played for about 23 hours and i'm at level 26, in the desert prison area. i love it. unfortunately, i only have a PS2 at my dad's house, and i live with my mom so i don't get to play often. we have a PS here but my younger sisters broke it, so *sigh* what can ya do? it's ok. i don't wanna get too wrapped up. i'm bad to do that, get interested in a video game and not do anything else.
well i guess i've posted enough for now. i'm gonna mess around on the rest of my site some. and then maybe go make & eat some grits. mmmmmgrits.
