Further I/we knowlingly give permission to have said information posted and released via this website/portal. Any error's in posting are my repsonsibility to correct. Any information that changes on my/our part will be relayed for correction. I understand that listing(s) will run for noted duration as noted above.

Fee's are non-refundable, regardless if you go out of business or not. No pro-rating. Not responsible for lost, misdirected, mutilated or stolen mail. You may wish to send your payment "Return Receipt Requested". A little more expensive, but at least you know it got here. Any "insufficient funds" checks submitted will be assessed a thirty-five dollar ($35.00) return check fee. Hot check writers will be reported and proscecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Please don't do it.
