No man is an island, unless he has no money.

If everyone was a millionaire, a million dollars wouldn't be worth anything.

If everyone was rich we would all have to fend for ourselves.

Within each of us exists a world all its own.

The moment you step into the spotlight you belong to the world.

Time possesses the odd ability to alter perception.

Old people have a tendency to become stuck in the mentality of their youth.

It is the individuals with power who have the power, not the various groups they fit into.

We rarely, if ever, measure ourselves by the same standards we measure others.

We can't do something we want without having to do something we don't want.

In all things there is both beauty and terror.

When you expose someone for an evil they committed against you, you are turning your problem into everyone else's problem, which is one reason why crime victims are met with such animosity.

In order to solve a problem we must first understand it.
