Once you slip out of the vicious circle of mainstream society it is virtually impossible to slip back in.

It is better to be angered by the truth now than disillusioned by it later.

When our expectations are too high even the great things seem mediocre.

Society doesn't spend nearly enough time thinking about the things that need to be thought about.

No one has the right to prevent any law-abiding citizen from exercising their rights.

Business is not about the products or the employees, but about making money.

One of society's major problems is that the business owners and executives are paid too much of the company's money, money which could and should be used to pay the employees higher wages or to hire more workers.

The purpose of business should not be to make the owners and board of directors rich, but to provide the public with reasonably priced, quality products and services, and the employees with decent paying steady jobs.

Some things can only be said through art.

You can't have something without giving up something else.

We are each a composite of our society.

Precedents are hard to be broken.

Beware those who see money as justification.

A good name is worth its weight in gold.

When we see people doing good we feel bad about ourselves, because it forces us to confront our own weaknesses, which frightens us. So we encourage them to do bad, and when they do we feel relieved.

In order for anyone, regardless of race or sex, to be taken seriously in the business world they have to dress and act like business people.
