	Every patient has the right to be heard regarding his/her grievances. Sugestion and complaint boxes are provided at the recepiton. Senior officers are availabe during office hours to slove the problems relating to their related areas.
	Special directions have been issued to the para medical and non medical staff to deal with the patients and the public courteously. In case the grievance persists following officers can be approched.
