	Open 24 hours on all days.
	Patients are attended to immediately by casualty medical officers. In Medico-legal cases it is ensured that cases are attended to immediately while MLC formalities are done thereafter.
	It is ensured that atleast one senior resident doctor is available from each major specialities. Specialist doctors are available on call (List is available with the control room officer and CMO with phone numbers) · Chief casualty medical officer(CCMO) is overall administrative incharge. He is available from 9 AM to 5 PM for general public as a grievance Officer and on call round the clock.
	Control Room Officer is posted in the control room after 5,:PM.till 9 AM next day and on all Sundays & holidays for any assistance and general. coordination requiring urgent attentian.
