The Guru Nanak Eye Center. (GNEC)

Animal House
(Perhaps this doesn't belong here, but I didn't want to put it under
'Facilities Available to Students'.)
The central animal house is engaged in the breeding, maintenance and
upkeep of experimental animals required for the purpose of teaching
and research work. A sizable number of different species of
laboratory animals of standard breeds/strains viz Mice, Rats, Guinea
Pigs and Rabbits are raised under controlled climactic conditions.
Also this supplies high-grade animals to sister institutions.
Experimental surgical and research procedures are carried out in the
same building.
