This is a commitment of G.N.E.C.to a provide every patient who visits our campus, a prompt, efficient, quality, courteous and state-of-art service that is comparable to services available anywhere. Quality of Service : Registration counters in OPD will open at 8.30 a.m. and all the patients registered will be examined on the same day. There is separate counter for Card holders of Govt. of NCT of Delhi, Pensioners, freedom fighter and Senior Citizens etc. All the admitted patients are given diet and medical or surgical treatment free of charge. They are provided hospital clothes to check infection and to induce a uniformity amongst patients to eliminate economic class bias. Basic amenities like good hygiene, pure water and clean toilet etc. are provided to the waiting outdoor and indoor patients. Specialized treatment is being given in different specialities like Glaucoma, Retina, Cornea, Ophthalmoplasty paediatric ophthalmology Fl. Angiography, contact lens, neuro ophthalmology, ultra-sonology and laser clinic etc. Access to information : Information on the facilities provided by Centre like days of a units, admitted patients and doctors available in OPD etc. can be obtained from information counter in OPD or reception in Ward Block. Grievance Redressal : All officials dealing with public will wear
badges on their uniform displaying their names and designations. This will
ensure contact with right person in the time of need. Any discourtesy,
dishonesty shown in discharge of duties can be reported to the following Senior
Faculty Members:-
