Bayani Fernando knows the existence of the illegal dumpsite. He was the one who established the dumpsite. The Marikina City government is currently operating it.

 

WE WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW THAT THE DUMPSITE IS ILLEGAL AND NOT CONTROLLED. ONLY THE CITY GOVERNMENT SEES IT LEGAL AND CONTROLLED. THE FACTS AND PICTURES SHOW OTHERWISE.

IT IS CLEAR THAT THE SAID DUMPSITE IS A HEALTH HAZARD, NOT TO MENTION AN EYESORE, WHICH THREATENS THE WELL BEING OF THE RESIDENTS OF DONA PETRA AND SURROUNDING RESIDENTIAL AREAS.
