Annex “B” – Fax Message of the Environmental Management Bureau of the DENR sent on August 11, 1994 to then Congressman Romeo Candazo informing, among other things, that the garbage dumpsite in Dona Petra Subdivision is a 1.5 hectare dumpsite within Dona Petra where approximately 500 cubic meters of waste/day are dumped; operated like a landfill with garbage being covered by soil and intermittently disinfected by spraying. However, it is unlined. And, it does no have any LLDA clearance.

Annex “D” – The Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (North CENRO) Investigation Report on an investigation of the garbage dumping at Dona Petra Subdivision conducted on August 29, 1994.

Annex “N” – Inspection and Monitoring Report, dated September 9, 2002, of the Laguna Lake Development Authority, recommending appropriate legal action against the respondents.

Annex “O” – Inspection Report of the Environmental Management Bureau (DENR, on the inspection conducted on September 20, 2002 of the Dona Petra Subdivision Illegal Dumpsite.

Annex “R” – Inspection/Monitoring Report, dated November 22, 2002, by the Laguna Lake Development Authority’s Environmental Impact Assessment and Policy Section of the Pollution Control Division on the inspection and monitoring conducted on the Dona Petra Illegal Dumpsite.

Annex “T” – Investigation Report, dated January 27, 2003, by the Environmental Impact Assessment and Policy Section of the LLDA on the investigation of the Dona Petra Subdivision illegal garbage dumpsite conducted as an update on the investigation conducted on November 22, 2002 (Annex “R” hereof).
