Website Building Practice : “ My name is Manny...I am a rider...and this is my story! ”
Hello guys! My name is Manny and I am from Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. I sell real estate properties through a website that I built and manage myself. The pages in this site served as the first templates of my real estate website. I study website building during the last six months of 2006 after I passed the Real Estate Broker's examination in May. This edition is the 8th revision after Yahoo closed Geocities in 2009, where this website was first hosted for less than three years and by a .biz hosting company in India for more or less two years. I entered into a website building endeavor as part of my plan to get into real estate business when I retire in Non-Life Insurance. Fortunately, five years ahead of my plan, I retired as an insurance man in 2008. I dedicated this work to my three kids, Charlie, Carlos, and Irisjen. I made some parts of my life as the subject of this website, with my kids forming the most special part of this material. This edition now includes Kate Danielle, my youngest child who was not yet born when I first published this site. I wrote about each of them in separate pages, and I tried to keep them simply written. I decided to use this topic on this site, thinking that if my two kids, Charlie and Carlo could read this when posted in the World Wide Web, they may learn how painful it has been for me to be away from them. Maybe, reading this material could ease their emotion and erase whatever anger they had developed inside them while they grew up far from me. In the next few pages of this material, you'll be able to read how I learned things in the company of different types of children and people in the urban areas like the cities of Makati and Muntinlupa.
