Off Campus Fun
Sometimes staying on campus can get a little
boring. If you have the chance you should definitely explore Baton
Rouge. Despite what many people say, Baton Rouge has a good deal
to do. If you're looking for a bar review, sorry. I don't see
the point of PAYING to get in a disgustingly dirty place filled with a
bunch of drunk people and smoke so thick that you'll get lung cancer after
30 minutes of it.

This is great! It's free and usually on Friday night depending on

Baton Rouge Parks and Golf Course
There is one park located within walking distance
of LSU. It's by the lake on Stanford. There is a beach, small
boat dock, and grassy areas to play. Beware of some homosexual prostitutes
that frequent the area. Honestly. The Golf Course is located
less than a mile away LSU if you travel on Dalrymple under the interstate.
There are picnic areas along the way too. Be careful though, especially
at night, as the area can be dangerous.
