Wednesday April 18th

B) Peach Myo, w/Flax seeds
S) Carb Solutions bar (out too late, starving, it was all I had in my purse)
L) can of albacore, lite mayo, wheat tortilla, lettuce
D) 4oz Italian sausage, chicken taco salad

totals: calories 1728; 86 fat (48%)   60carbs (10%) 18 fiber, 12 sugar 168 protein (42%)

Thursday, April 19, 2001

L) can Albacore tuna, lite mayo, wheat tortilla, lettuce
S) Simlpy Protein w/flax oil
D) Ops..forgot to enter it.... so all daily values are off. *sigh*

D) Garlic Shrimp, green beans w/ spinach and pine nuts.
S) Ricotta cheese, 1 scoop Simply Protein, splash of milk

totals: calories 1095; 55 fat (47%) saturated 15g  59carbs (17%) 14 fiber, 11 sugar 98 protein (37%)
When I add in the flax oil that I take, my fat jumps to 139g 69% and the calories up to 1875

Wednesday, April 25th

1) 2T ground Flax seeds, 1/4c pearled barley, LC shake
2) 6oz can of Albacore tuna, 1.5T Miracle whip Light, 1t mustard, lettuce, large Wheat Tortilla
3) Salad (bag stuff) caesar dressing, 1egg, asaigo cheese
4) 3 ham and cheese rolls (3oz ham, 1.5oz swiss)
5) 1 chili crispito, 2 dobie muffins (flax seed muffins)
6) Carb Soulution shake

totals: cals 1830, fat 96g (48%) 30 saturated (15%), carbs 105 (17%) 32 fiber, 14 sugar, Protein 160 (36%)

Thursday, April 26th

1) 2T ground Flax seeds, 1/4c pearled barley, LC shake
2) Peach Myo Lite +2 strawberries
