Town of Camp Verde Library Advisory Commission       Information on New Library Plans
Written by Roger Doering, Library Commissioner
Welcome to the web site with  information on possible sites for a new Camp Verde Community Library.  Take the Tour and view the information on each site.
Locations that the Commission looked at are listed on this site.  The public voted and top choices were first Oasis Road, second Present location, third Downtown.
The Commission recommended June 21, 2007 a site
in the downtown area with along Fain Street preferable
over the central area.  The Council has reviewed
the information provided along with hearing citizen
comments and chosen the Present Site.

Library Commission Meetings are regularly scheduled as the third Thursday of January, March, April, June, September, and November at 6:30 pm in Town Hall Room 106.  The public is cordially welcomed to attend and share their comments regarding the library.  You may call the library 567-3414 or town hall 567-6631 for further information.
This web site was built to give information about the various sites after several requested it and gives opportunity for public input.  Information shared will be sent to the Library Commission.   Decisions and  recommendations will be made by the Library Commission in session and forwarded to Camp Verde Town Council.
