I don't know if the property is available to us. Property would need to be acquired. By voting for this site you are asking for the general area to be considered. There are no major structures on this particular site. It is in the Downtown corridor, has enough land for parking and being next door to the new Marshall's office would make easier maintenance for both. The land is relatively flat. It is within walking distance of children and adults living in the downtown central area.
