areas, by the way and their countries leaders were warned to cease hostilities)
Life is full of tough choices and I don't know if I would have the courage to decide these things.

This is one of the offshoots of permissiveness out of control. This is a direct development of
the 'free love' era!

Consistent morality indeed ruled this country since it's inception, regarding family and puritan lifestyles. It is only since the advent of the radicalism of the 60's that families have abandoned their young to the streets and it's justice. I make no apologies for social injustices though. All of these could have been changed without collapse of family values. Our crime rate has COINCIDED DIRECTLY with this collapse.

Where do you draw the
line on this? Do you approve of a infant's brain being sucked out at 25 weeks or a partial-birth abortion? How far does 'women's rights affect the accountability of women (and men) who did not use contraceptives nor 'just say no' to
sex?
Would not all unwanted pregnancies be prevented by abstention? (except rape, different case scenario)
Why should any idiot be alowwd to father/mother children when they cannot take care of themselves?
Would not some way of
restraining this cause all of us less social problems, regarding abuse, crime and a whole range of other ills?
Isn't it better to prevent the problem in the first place?
How many pregnancies of some drug abusing woman who has one
after another child by multiple fathers, born with AIDS AND OR ADDICTIONS should we allow?
At what point does the state step in and say 'cut the tubes' or perform a vasectomy on some man who has sadled society with numerous unsupported
children? This kind of obvious solution absolutely inflames liberals, but then, so does any 'solution' except society allowing all, paying for all, putting up with all, watching teens gun down other teens and innocent bystanders, all in
the name of individual rights.
There has to be a balance somewhere, that is all I am trying to say.
Some of you europeans seem to have convinced yourselves that you are better than us, more cosmopolitan, etc..
You pretend that is
all is under control with total permissiveness. I would suspect that in a smaller country, one has less urban problems to start with. We are comparing apples and oranges to a certain extent.
Thanks for letting me air out my latent conservative urges and spout off my Dr. Laura (not Rush Limbaugh, he hates trade unions and blue-collar workers) ideas! ;-)
