He was married to Nancy "Nan" Catherine Vandiver on 16 Oct 1873 in McLean Co., Kentucky.⁽⁴⁴⁵⁾⁽⁴⁴⁶⁾ The information you have is correct (I believe we spoke of it last
year). Michael A. Millff (her son) was a Civil Engineer. He built roads,
dams, etc. While his father, old Mike, was alive the family lived in
Kentucky. Shortly after he died, in 1898, Nancy began living (and
traveling) with Mike and Rosella and their children as he went from location
to location. Around 1904 they are in Batesville, Arkansas. That is where
their 4th child, John, is born, and that is where Nancy met Mr. White. They
were only married a short time....she was widowed again by the time they
moved again. The next, final move took the family to Texas. First to
Houston County, then to Crockett, Texas where Nancy died in 1929.
