It's ten years after the fifth film, and all of the children of Elm Street have been killed off. However, when a kid with amnesia stumbles on to the fact that Freddy had a kid . . . .

This film includes my favourite song: "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" by Iron Butterfly. Plus, keep in mind that the climax of the film was originally intended to be in 3-D. The 1999 DVD contained in the boxed collection has the 3-D sequence restored.
Rated R for violence, gore, some sexuality and nudity, and language.
