Featured Poets

I've known many people who don't have enough time or the ability to get their stuff up on a webpage, but who really should have their poetry exposed to a lot of people because it's very good. Well, if you're one of those people, then this is the place to get it hosted. All you have to do is read the rules, fill out the form, and I'll give your poetry a page of its own. Sound fun? Read on!

The Rules

1. Be kind and respectful to me.

2. Submitted poetry must be your own!!! This should be a given, but I'm sure there are probably some people who would try and submit stuff that isn't theirs. That's wrong and bad and just utterly disgusting!

3. I don't have any limitations on what you can submit, but remember that anyone can access this website. If I have a problem with a poem you submit, I'll tell you why I won't post it, and believe me -- there'll be a good reason.

4. Please know how to correctly spell and have at least decent grammar skills. I don't mind if your poetry has some artistic elements, such as "2 Be Together = Harmony," but it's just tacky when you can't spell and write like a hick. I may sound like a bitch in saying this, but I just won't have that on my website. Also, NO tYpInG lIkE tHiS. It's annoying!

5. Please include a sample poem as well as all of the required information in your email. If you leave out anything, I'll delete your submission. Sorry, but that's how it is.

Interestesd? Please send an email to [email protected] with the following information inside:

� name/pen name (whatever you want to be known as)
� age/location (optional -- I'm just curious)
� any biographical info you want on your page (i.e., inspirations, basic stuff about you)
� email address - can I post it? If not, just say no. If so, put the email address you want me to use.
� Sample poem (this is just so I can get a feel for your work -- I'm not going to use this as a basis for accepting or not accepting you. I'll pretty much accept anyone as long as they follow the rules ; )
