About the Poetry

All poetry on this page was written in 1999 or 2000. I began to take poetry and writing in general seriously in late 1999 and 2000, but I didn't write a lot. Most of what I did write I trashed or chose not to put on this site, either because it was horrible or it was too personal to put on here.

For those of you visiting this site that know me, especially in real life: Please, don't ask who or what any of these is written about. If you think you know, you might be right, but just don't ask, because I'm not going to say. Please, read everything with an open mind. I write what I feel in the moment I feel it, and my feelings fluxuate often. If you see something that surprises you, just remember that no one is always as they seem. There is a lot more to me than I let everyone see, and my poetry is part of me that I've kept secret for a long time. I've chosen to share it with you and whoever else because I want people to see the real me.
